The original ceiling in this room was 4x8 sheets of painted plywood trimmed out with lattice strips. The homeowner wanted a more custom look so we removed all the plywood, insulated the ceiling and installed pre-stained 1x6 beveled tongue and groove pine boards, trimmed out the skylights (stained to match) and installed the flush mount recessed lighting.
