Dill Weed
3/4 cup of Gourmet Tomato Relish

Wash fish, sprinkle fresh ground salt and pepper, and dill weed liberally on both sides. In the other skillet coat liberally the entire bottom surface and sides with olive oil and add the butter over medium heat. Sautee' fish for three to four minutes each side DO NOT OVER COOK !
